Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Thick Cut Pork Chops
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 and 3/4 Cups Beef Broth
  • 1(10 0z) Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1(6-Ounce) Package of Long Grain Rice
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 and 3/4 Cups Beef Broth
  • 1(10 0z) Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1(6-Ounce) Package of Long Grain Rice
  • 1 Cup Water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 and place flour in 1 shallow dish and the beaten egg in another dish. Coat the pork first with flour, then egg and then back into flour again. In a larger skillet, over medium heat – add oil and brown chops on both sides about 5 or 6 minutes Combine remaining ingredients in a 9x13 baking dish and mix well. Place browned chops over mixture and cover with foil, bake 1 hour or until pork chops are cooked through
