Dry Garlic Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Pounds Pork Spareribs
  • 1 and 1/2 Cups of Water
  • 1 and 1/2 Cups Dark Brown Sugar
  • 4 and 1/2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 4-6 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 and 1/2 Tablespoons Dry Garlic

Directions

Cut the rack of ribs long ways down the middle and then cut them between the bone in small pieces. Place the ribs in a shallow baking pan single layered, then combine the water, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and dry mustard into a small saucepan. Heat the sauce until the brown sugar is dissolved and the mustard isn't floating on the surface. Pour the sauce over the ribs and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for about an hour then remove the foil- stir the meat around. Allow to cook 45 minutes longer, uncovered, and stirring about every 20 minutes so the sugars don't burn. Do this until the meat is very tender.
