

Country Fried Pork Steak
Ingredients
- 4 Good Sized Pork Chops
- 1 Beaten Egg
- 1 Pouch of Shake N Bake
- 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 and 1/2 - 2 Cans Water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Garlic Powder to taste
Directions
In a bowl, mix the egg, pepper and garlic, coat the chops very well in the egg mix and then coat them in the shake n bake mix. Deep fry the chops until browned, about 5 minutes at 375. Mix the soup and the water together and pour into appropriate sized oven dish. Place the chops in the oven dish and cover with lid and bake for about 45 minutes - 1 hour.
