

Sour Cream With Pork
Ingredients
- 6 Pork Chops
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Garlic Powder to taste
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Large Onion (sliced 1/4 inch thick slices)
- 2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
- 2 Cups Boiling Water
- 4 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 (8oz) Container Sour Cream
Directions
Season the pork with the salt, pepper and garlic; Coat the pork in 1/2 cup of flour. Over medium heat, lightly brown the chops in a small amount of oil and then place chops in a slow cooker and top with the onion slices Dissolve bouillon in the boiling water and pour over the chops. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
After the chops are cooked, place in a warm oven to keep warm while you blend the 4 Tablespoons of flour with the sour cream. After it is mixed, mix into the meat juices. Turn crock pot to high, and stir well. Heat to thicken and serve over the chops
