Dry Garlic Pork Bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Pound Boneless Pork (Cut into bite size pieces)
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup of Flour
- 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1 Beaten Egg
- 1 Package of Shake n Bake (Original)
- 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Salt
Directions
Cube the pork into bite sized pieces and place in an air tight container. To the container add the egg, pepper, garlic powder and garlic salt. Work this into the pork bites and cover to let marinade for AT LEAST one hour. When ready to cook; combine the flours and the shake n bake together in a bowl. Coat the pork bites in the flour mix and deep fry at 325 for about 4-6 minutes (depending on how big your pieces are) place the cooked pork bites into a lidded container while frying the rest of the pork. Every once in a while sprinkle some more garlic powder over the cooked pork and shake the container around a bit to coat. You can also add some more salt to it in the same fashion should you find it is not salty enough for you.
