

Hamburger Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Finely Chopped Celery
- 1 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3 Cups Boiling Water
- 1 Can Stems and Mushroom Pieces
- 1 and 1/2 Cups - 2 Cups Rice
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
Directions
Brown and drain the ground beef. In a large roasting pan combine; the beef, celery, onion, the can of mushroom soup, the can of undrained mushrooms, rice and soy sauce. Add the boiling water and stir to blend well. Cover roaster and bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until rice is cooked through. Sometimes if I have some fresh tomatoes that need to be used, I chop those up and add them too!
