

Beef N Veggie Kabobs
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Original Mrs. Dash
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 Pound Boneless Beef Sirloin
- 1 Large Red or Green Pepper
- 1 Medium Sized Onion
- 1 Medium Zucchini
Directions
Cut beef into 1 inch cubes; cut peppers into 1 inch chunks, the onion into small wedges and slice zucchini into 1/2 inch slices. Mix the honey, lime juice and Mrs Dash together and stir in all the vegetables and the beef cubes to coat well. Thread the meat and the vegetables onto soaked prepared skews and place the skews on rack of a broiler pan about 3-5 inches from the heat. Broil 8-12 minutes while brushing frequently with the season mix. Broil until desired doneness.
