Beef N Cheddar Burrito 01

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg Soft Flour Tortilla Shells
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Pkg Taco Mix
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Salsa For Dipping

Directions

Brown and drain the ground beef. Put the ground beef back into your skillet and add the water and the taco seasoning packet to the beef. Over medium heat, cook your mix until everything is well combined and the water has evaporated. Take a tortilla and using about 3 Tablspoons of the meat mix, place this on your shell. Add a bit of the peppers and the onion to the shell and top with a bit of cheese. Wrap and set aside while filling the rest of the shells until all the meat mix is used up. Serve with salsa on the side
