Best Buttertarts

Ingredients

  • 24 uncooked tart shells
  • 1 Cup Golden Raisins
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Corn Syrup
  • 2/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Melted Butter
  • Pinch of Salt

Directions

Wash and drain the raisins really well (soak for about 1 hour) and then divide the raisins evenly among the tart shells. In a bowl; beat the eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, butter and salt; Pour the mixture over the raisins and bake 1 dozen at a time at 350 for about 25 minutes and allow to cool.
