

Apple Crisp Cheesecake
Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 Cup Robin Hood or Old Mill Oats
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Butter (Melted)
- Topping:
- 1/4 Cup Quick Oats
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- Filling:
- 3 Blocks Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 and 3/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 2 Small Apples (sliced thin to med)
Directions
Crust: Combine all of the ingredients and press into the bottom of a 10 inch spring form pan, go about 1 and 1/2 inches up the sides as well
Topping: Combine all of those ingredients until crumbly and set aside
Filling: Beat the cream cheese, brown sugar, and sour cream together in a large mixer bowl on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one Add the spices and then pour into crust. Spread the sliced apples over the filling; Sprinkle topping evenly on top and bake at 325 for 65-75 minutes or just until soft set in the center Run knife around edges to loosen from pan and then cool completely - (Chilling overnight if possible)
