

Banana Muffins
Ingredients
- 3 Large Overly Ripe Bananas
- 3/4 Cups Sugar
- 1 Egg, Slightly Beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 and 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1/3 Cups Melted Butter
- 1 Cup Chopped Nuts, Chocolate Chips or Raisins
Directions
Mash bananas in a large bowl, and add the sugar and the eggs. Then stir in the oil and the rest of the dry ingredients; mix in the nuts until all is moist. Pour into lightly greased or paper lined muffin tin and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
