Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Overly Ripe Bananas
  • 3/4 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Egg, Slightly Beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 and 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1/3 Cups Melted Butter
  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts, Chocolate Chips or Raisins

Directions

Mash bananas in a large bowl, and add the sugar and the eggs. Then stir in the oil and the rest of the dry ingredients; mix in the nuts until all is moist. Pour into lightly greased or paper lined muffin tin and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
