Apple Pie 01

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Cold Milk
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 or 4 Cored, Peeled, and Sliced Apples
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

For the crust: Mix 1 and 1/2 Cups flour, oil, milk 1 and 1/2 teaspoon sugar and the salt together until well blended Pat mix into greased pie plate and up the sides, crimping edges

For the filling: Mix the 3/4 cup of sugar, 3 Tablespoons flour, the cinnamon, and the nutmeg Sprinkle over the apples and toss to coat well Spread filling evenly into the pie shell

For the topping: Mix 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar and the butter until crumbly Sprinkle over the apple filling

Place pie on a cookie sheet and bake for about 45 minutes
