

Fried Skillet Corn
Ingredients
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 Pound Bacon, cut in bite size pieces
- 6 Good Sized Ears of Corn
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Directions
Remove the husks and silks from the cobs of corn. Wash the cobs well and take a sharp knife and carefully scrape the cob You want to remove the kernels at this point. Over medium heat, fry the bacon well and then saute the onion in the bacon grease; Add the corn and the salt and pepper and reduce heat to simmer and stir often Remove from heat when corn is at desired softness
