Cantonese Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 Frying Chickens – Disjointed
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice

Directions

In a large baking dish – arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer. Mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup and lemon juice together and pour over the chicken pieces. Cover and chill for several hours – overnight in the refrigerator. When ready to cook, cover baking dish with foil and bake at 325 for 1 hour – remove, cover and baste with some of the sauce. Return to oven and bake another 30 minutes or until cooked through
