Machine Bread 01

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Warm Water
  • 2 and 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 and 1/4 teaspoon Yeast

Directions

In the machine baker- add the water, sugar and the yeast. Dissolve this for about 10 minutes, until it is foamy and heavy. Add the Oil, Flour and Salt to the liquid. Select the basic bread type and let it cycle though until the last rise. Remove and shape into loaf- allow this to rise until doubled Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
