

Cornish Splits
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Yeast
- 1 and 1/4 Cup Warm Milk
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine (Melted and Cooled)
Directions
Dissolve the yeast into the warm milk and then add the sugar. In a bowl sift together; flour and salt and then add this bowl to the milk bowl. Knead well and place in a oiled covered bowl to rise for about 45 minutes. Shape into about 9 balls and place in a buttered/floured pan. Cover for about 15 minutes and then bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.
