KFC Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 9 Ounces Elbow Macaroni
  • 1/2 Cup Celery, Finely Dices
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot, peeled and shredded
  • 1 Tablespoon Yellow Onion, Finely diced
  • 1/3 Cup Wweet Pickles, Finely Diced
  • 1 Cup Miracle Whip
  • 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard Powder
  • 1 teaspoon White Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Directions

Directions:

Prepare the macaroni according to package directions, then drain and rinse under cold water and drain again. Set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. When the macaroni is completely cooled, stir it into the sauce. For best results, chill for at least 2 hours for the flavors to blend. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
