

KFC Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
- 9 Ounces Elbow Macaroni
- 1/2 Cup Celery, Finely Dices
- 1/2 Cup Carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Onion, Finely diced
- 1/3 Cup Wweet Pickles, Finely Diced
- 1 Cup Miracle Whip
- 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard Powder
- 1 teaspoon White Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Directions:
Prepare the macaroni according to package directions, then drain and rinse under cold water and drain again. Set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. When the macaroni is completely cooled, stir it into the sauce. For best results, chill for at least 2 hours for the flavors to blend. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
